BRANDON HATFIELD

I began my career in 2005, entering the concrete industry immediately after high school. Early exposure to major projects taught me resilience and adaptability. Over the years, I worked with various contractors, viewing each opportunity as a steppingstone toward my goal of business ownership.

My journey was not linear, but guidance from mentors at pivotal moments helped shape my professional growth. In 2024, we entered the commercial sector, successfully completing our first major project. Our progress reflects a commitment to hard work, perseverance, and faith in overcoming challenges.

Project Manager

LEE SPAULDING

With over 53 years of experience in the concrete and excavation industry, I have led large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects throughout Ohio and beyond. Operating offices in Canton and Cleveland, I managed crews of more than 60 employees and completed projects including 25 Walmart locations, additions to the Pro Football Hall of Fame, minor league stadiums, major retail developments, airports, schools, and municipal roadways.

Our teams routinely placed up to 2,000 cubic yards of concrete per day and poured 40,000 square feet of flooring daily using a fully owned fleet of specialized equipment.

Today, I continue contributing to major infrastructure development, currently working on a $3.2 billion, 25-mile transportation project featuring 142 new bridges.

GARY STANKE

Starting in the industry at 22, I’ve built my career through hands-on experience across the East Coast and Midwest. My background includes structural residential and commercial construction, giving me the expertise to deliver solid foundations, durable structures, and dependable results. I take pride in doing the job right the first time.

My career began in the automotive world, where I learned the importance of precision, presentation, and people. From detailing cars to managing sales teams, I gained firsthand experience in leadership, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

Today, I apply those same principles to the concrete industry. Every project is built on communication, integrity, and craftsmanship. I understand that whether it’s a driveway, foundation, or commercial slab, you’re investing in something that should stand the test of time — and I take that responsibility seriously.
